Our History
Mountaintop Electric began operations performing all kinds of electrical work. Our mission was to provide the best quality work. We soon found that we could best serve our customers and achieve our mission by focusing our training and energies on the residential serivce market.
Each of our customers is encouraged to fill out a customer satisfaction survey after a service call and our goal is to maintain a rating of "very good" or higher. We submit these results to Nexstar Network, a member owned organization designed to help contractors obtain and maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service which gives us an extra level of accountability.
Our Employees
The highest quality service requires the highest quality employees. All of our employees have undergone background checks, drug screens, and receive many hours of training every year. Weekly training classes are mandatory for all of our technicians.
